Prof. Y. Raghu Reddy Discusses AI’s Future at ServiceNow’s Converge 2.0

Prof. Y. Raghu Reddy, Head of the Software Engineering Research Center (SERC), IIIT Hyderabad, participated in ServiceNow’s Converge 2.0 event in Hyderabad, joining Sumeet Mathur and Pat Casey for a discussion on the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in India.

The discussion explored AI adoption across enterprises, startups, and education, including the development of applications using foundational models and the growth of India’s AI ecosystem. Prof. Raghu Reddy also highlighted the changing role of engineers, emphasising the importance of critical judgement as AI transforms software development and the future of work.
