Biography

Mrityunjay is a PhD student working in the area of CS Education and Software Systems. His research tries to answer the question: “Why do new campus hires struggle at SaaS product companies?” His interest lies in using systems modeling in software engineering, and he is applying the same to his research problem.

Mrityunjay has more than twenty-five years of experience working in software product companies globally, including last several years in a SaaS product company where he observed this problem closely. He graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and also has a business degree from Foster School of Management, University of Washington.
